Brooke advises and represents clients on a wide range of issues including industrial relations, employment law, work health and safety, contracts of employment, independent contracting, performance management, misconduct, termination and bullying, harassment, discrimination issues within the workplace.

Brooke also specialises in providing Workplace Investigations, as well as Mediation services for resolving conflict and dispute issues in workplaces.

We provide advice to a range of corporate clients, local government, and not for profit organisations.  Brooke’s advice to corporate clients is expert, succinct and effective “as you go” advice which assists in the prevention or curtailment of workplace issues and workplace disruption. Corporate clients are guaranteed confidentiality.  Brooke also sits on a number of Code of Conduct panels and is an experienced Conduct Reviewer.

We provide advice to senior executives, executives and independent contractors.  Brooke’s advice to individuals strives to enable reasonable compensation, enforcement of legal rights, and to assist in avoiding the trauma of litigation.
